Airgun Warranty Policy: Manufacturer warranties is one year. Bluegrass Big Bore sends all guns to BinTac as they are the service center for AEA airgun in USA . In most cases if an airgun needs service it will be returned directly to the dealers whom buyer brought it from. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may send it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. BinTac will cover the shipping cost both ways for warranty work up to 60-days!!! from purchase. After 60-days the customer!!! is responsible for the shipping cost to send the gun in (one-way) and we will cover the return cost after repair. Please remember that airguns are highly technical products with many moving parts, seals, etc. that will need maintenance over time. There are certain o-rings and parts that are not covered under warranty but considered routine maintenance (breech O-rings for example).
